     2009 will bring 358 Sprint Car driver Cody Keller into his third season of 358 Sprint Car competition, while being only his second, full year, of racing action at the big half mile of Selinsgrove Speedway. And again, he will come face to face with some of the toughest competitors in any form of racing on the east coast in the 358 Sprint Car division that central Pennsylvania has to offer. But competition is something Cody is very well used to, as he grew up racing against the best competitors on the east coast in the Go Cart ranks for many years.

     Cody's 2008 season was the most successful of his three year career. He was victorious in five qualifying events, and finished out the season with one top 5 main event finish. While the driver and team continued to work through the bugs of a new race team, Cody managed a 13th place finish in the year end point standings. The team will once again work hard during the off season to put together a second complete car for the upcoming season. While Cody is still out for more experience behind the wheel, the team is expecting bigger and better things in 2009 including a hopeful top ten points finish, and a possible trip to the famed Victory lane at Selinsgrove speedway.   

     Cody has now compiled eight heat wins over his three year career, and over the past two years jumped from 23rd, to 13th in the overall point standings.  As long as the funding is there throughout the season, the team plans on venturing to the Williamsgrove Speedway for more seat and track experience throughout the 2009 season.
